So so so happy!!!

It was a cooking session meant for Zhaocheng coz he is flying over to USA and will be staying there for half a year. He sure will miss us!! hahhahaha So the original food menu:

1) Soup of the Day: Chicken mushroom cream

(haha easiest dish ever, Campbell can soup.. hahaha.. and yc says this tastes the best hahahaha.. and the funny thing is.. Zhaocheng thought it was corn soup.. hahaha.. mistaking the big undissolved lumps as corns. hahaha.. >.<

2) Appetizer? Chocolate muffins

(made by me the night before. How long is its shelf life?? 24h? oops.. hahaha Daniel is the first to try and they are saying that 2 hours later if Daniel is still alright, they will try =P hahaha.. then YongChuan says that maybe the shelf life is 24h, and 2h later will be after shelf life.. end up they enter hospital.. hahahaha in the end they find my muffins nice!! happy!! YongChuan even says want to da bao.. so happy! and He can guess that I put cinnamon powder.. (perhaps his gf always make muffins for him?? ) haha it remains a mystery that he knows about the ingredients used so well =P

3) Main Dish: Spaghetti with salmon in Lemon Cream sauce

It was a flaw!!! haha we put in thick cream.. (is it thick cream? ) urgh.. the whole thing just look weird.. lumpy (not smooth) and taste weird.. so we went downstairs to get those bottles of spaghetti sauce instead.. those tomato flavour... and  weishan and I were talking about it will be best if we can add in minced meat.. mushroom... ANd ZHaocheng says he has Mushroom!! so we added in!! hahaha afterall it is nice .. but a strange combi with salmon.. haha looks weird.. but taste ok..

The most unique thing is that, we use chopsticks instead of fork and spoon.. and the whole thing looks.. half China.. half Western.. hahaha 

4) Desert Dish:Pudding with cocktail fruits

(a strange combi come up by me which amazingly taste not bad)

haha we really have a fun time.. AND Of coz Mahjong shldn't be a miss.. hahaa.. We played mahjongs.. with the guys washing dishes and cutting fruits.. hahahahhahahaha

And then they really caught me there.. A big surprise.. suddenly a cake was in front of me.. mango cake.. haha i was surprised..so happy!! the cake was nice!!  With mango at the side, kiwi and strawberry and grapes.. And poor Yongchuan he forgot that he was sensitive to kiwi.. but luckily his stomach was ok..ANd I am still so blur!! didnt discover the cake though i open the fridge so many times!!!  

After everything we have fun shots.. (that seem like neoprints.. ) hahahha.. happy day!!!
